The youngest in the Rattner Family, Noah is the General Manager at DevonWood. In addition to overseeing operations, Noah also manages DevonWood's FEI, USEF & USDF licensed competitions.
Kelsey Kilday

A graduate of Linn-Benton's Equine Science - Horse Management program, Kelsey leads the team at DevonWood and is responsible for stabling, logistics, and general operations. She is also pet mom to Gemma, Juni, Harvey, and Candie.
Justin Rattner

Justin and his late wife, Ginny, purchased the land that DevonWood now sits on back in 1998. Retired from his career as Intel's Chief Technology Officer, Justin continues to support the family business and is often seen configuring A/V site-wide.
